Staying at this hotel was amazing! The rooms, spread across three floors, were a bit tired but clean, missing microwaves which was inconvenient. The service was top-notch with a fantastic team, including the Assistant GM, shuttle drivers, and other staff members being incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. The location wasn't the best for those without a car but had lovely surroundings near the canal. Dining options were limited, but freshly baked cookies were a nice touch.
